Cancellation Policy

* You must complete the intake form and liability waiver at least 24 hours before your appointment. * Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will forfeit funds; no refunds. * To reschedule within 24 hours you can do so by signing in or emailing or texting us at 571-348-2425. * If trying to schedule more than two weeks in advance, please call, text, or email.
